Martin and Co Shortlisted for The Negotiators Awards 2011

  
  
  

The letting franchise, Martin and Co has been shortlisted for four categories in total in The Negotiators Awards 2011.

Martin and Co UK has been nominated for franchise of the year with two offices also shortlisted. Martin and Co, Cambridge has been nominated for two categories, the Community Champion of the Year and Employer of the Year. Claire Urwin from Martin and Co Oxford has been submitted into the Rising Star of the Year category. The dedicated lettings franchise will be among a handful of the UKand#39;s foremost sales and letting agents competing in the finals taking place in November.

The awards were launched in 2008 with the purpose to identify, reward and celebrate industry excellence and promote best practice. Martin and Co is no stranger to industry awards; the letting franchise has been recognised as the Best Large Letting Chain 3 years in a row, scooping Gold in 2009 and Silver in 2010 and 2011. (Estate Agent and Letting Agent Awards).

Martin and Co Cambridge was named a Top Ten Service Provider in East of England in Business Weekly's New Years Honours 2011; in June, Nick Diggle franchise owner of Cambridge was awarded as the National Federation of Property Professionals and ARLA's lettings Student of the Year 2011.

Martin and Co Oxford has a similar track record this being the second time they have made the finals of these awards, shortlisted for Best Newcomer in 2009. Oxford also grabbed three regional awards, silver in 2009, bronze award in 2010 and silver in 2011 for the Estate Agent and Letting Agent Awards. In a highly competitive market recognition in the industry is fundamental.

There is always a need to identify successes and Martin and Co are on the right road to continue this trend. The results will be announced on Wednesday 9th November in the glamorous ballroom at London's Hilton Hotel, Park Lane.
