Adrian Cole joins Martin and Co Head Office

Martin and Co have always had a strong orientation towards online development, that is exactly why the UK's largest lettings agency Martin and Co has welcomed a new member of staff to the Web and IT Department at their head office in Bournemouth.

As Martin and Co roll out their new Online Franchise proposition, the focus on the web has become just as important as the high street. Adrian Cole has joined the team as the Helpdesk Manager to assist with the existing franchise owners as well as the online agents. Adrian has wide experience, primarily in Analysis/Project Management roles across both sides of the pond. Adrian previously worked for Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco, California before returning to work back in the UK with Accenture, a global consultancy firm.

Adrian will be responsible for the day to day management of the IT support, Web development and ecommerce projects. On his appointment Adrian commented "I am looking to deliver the projects I will be working on to a high standard, on time and under budget, which will ultimately benefit the franchisees. In addition, I am looking at bringing a high standard of knowledge and accountability to the Helpdesk so we can provide a higher level of customer service to our customers."He added:" I had previously worked for large organisations, so I am very much looking forward to working for a successful and fast growing business where the potential to grow is substantial. After reading about Martin and Co and going through the interview process, I don't think I could have chosen a better firm to meet my criteria."Iain Chadwick, Martin and Co UK's Head of IT is delighted with the department's latest addition. He said "With the ongoing development of online and web technology, Adrian's comprehensive project management experience will be invaluable to the department and the Martin and Co network".
